This ensures an optimal, fun, and safe mix of recreational games, adventure cruising, CANSail drills and race practice. Because the instruction adjusts to match skill level, sailors can comfortably stay for multiple weeks all summer long as they progress through the CANSail levels.

Courses are run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with supervision provided from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Race Team is designed for youth sailors aged 17 and younger who want to level up their skills, learn tactical racing strategies, and enjoy thrilling leisure sails with a team mindset. This program focuses heavily on the Sail Canada CANSail 3 and 4 curriculum, taking you beyond the basics into performance boat speed and intermediate race tactics.

Registration requires a minimum of a prior CANSail 2 certification. This class is perfect for certified CANSail 2 sailors looking to challenge themselves, current CANSail 3 or 4 students working on their levels, and even completed CANSail 4 students who want to review, practice, and sharpen the skills they have already learned.

Courses run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with supervision provided from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This registration covers a full two-week block. If you only want to register for a single week, please register for our All Sailing Summer Camp and send an email to the sailing school so we can make sure you get placed with the race team.
